Experience: 1–2 Years UAE Experience (Mandatory)

We are looking for a high-energy, "database-rich" Recruiter to lead our white-collar bulk hiring initiatives. You won't just be filling seats; you’ll be building the professional backbone of our operations. The ideal candidate is someone who has a pre-built "goldmine" of candidates and understands the nuances of the UAE labor market.

• High-Volume Sourcing: Execute end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles (Admin, Sales, Finance, Junior Management) at scale.
• Database Management: Utilize your existing personal database and internal ATS to drastically reduce "Time-to-Hire."
• Market Intelligence: Leverage your 1–2 years of UAE experience to provide insights on salary benchmarks and competitor talent mapping.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct rigorous phone and face-to-face interviews to ensure candidates aren’t just a "paper match" but a cultural fit.
• Reporting: Maintain real-time recruitment trackers to keep stakeholders updated on pipeline health.

• The "UAE Factor": Minimum 1–2 years of active recruitment experience within the UAE

• White-Collar Focus: Proven track record in bulk hiring for office-based, professional roles
• The Database: You should bring a strong network of pre-vetted candidates in the UAE market.
• Tech Savvy: Expert-level skills in Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, and mainstream Job Portals (Indeed, Naukrigulf, Bayt).
• Language: Fluent English is a must. (Multilingualism is a huge plus in Dubai!)
