DIA Developments — a fast-growing real estate development company in Dubai. We are looking for a HR Manager to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong people skills with excellent organizational and administrative abilities.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes
• Organize and manage corporate events and internal activities
• Oversee payroll management and compensation fund control
• Develop and promote a strong corporate culture within the company

• Energetic, detail-oriented, and a true team player
• Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multicultural team environment.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

• HR Operations, HR Policy Development, and Compliance with Labor Laws and Regulations
• Recruitment and Staffing, Employee Relations
• Strong organizational planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
