My client is a leading Fintech business in the region looking for a Recruiter and Employee Branding Specialist. This role will be a 6 month contractor position.
End-to-End RecruitingOwn full-cycle recruiting for tech and business roles (from intake to offer)
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, profiles, and priorities
Drive structured hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, and offer processes
Hiring Quality & Stakeholder PartnershipSupport hiring managers in improving interview quality and decision-making
Help define clear role scopes, success profiles, and evaluation criteria
Act as a trusted recruiting partner, not just an execution arm
Manage expectations and promote data-based hiring decisions
Employer Branding & Talent AttractionBuild and maintain a strong, authentic employer brand aligned with company culture and values
Own and improve careers page, job ads, and Linked In presence
Shape employer messaging for tech and non-tech talents
Partner with Marketing when relevant to ensure consistency and reach
