Talent Acquisition Specialist (British or European)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Planning:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Job Posting:Craft and distribute compelling job advertisements on relevant platforms.
  • Sourcing:Leverage various sourcing methods & job boards, social media, and networking & to find qualified candidates.
  • Screening:Review resumes and applications, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Interviewing:Carry out in-depth interviews focusing on candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Offer Extension:Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.
  • Onboarding:Design and implement robust onboarding programs to facilitate new hires’ integration into the company.
  • Employer Branding:Promote the company’s reputation as an attractive employer through various channels.
  • Talent Pipeline Management:Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Metrics:Prepare regular recruitment reports highlighting key metrics and recruitment progress.
  • Coaching:Provide guidance to recruiters and support line managers in the selection process by identifying candidate strengths and weaknesses.
Requirements
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience:2-3 years of talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the real estate industry.
