Principal Recruitment Consultant
Location: Dubai, UAE, One JLT - 5 days in office Mon-Fri

This position requires previous experience in Recruitment (min. 1-2 years) - open to various markets.
You'll be working in a 360 Recruitment role
, with focus on permanent placements in the the US market with later opportunities to expand into other geographic regions (MENA & APAC); market specialism will be dependant business & team.
- Identify and win new clients across your sector and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Effectively manage end-to-end Executive search assignments, from client briefing through to placement; manage interviews, feedback, and offer negotiation.
- Conduct in-depth market research, headhunt global senior talent, build strong candidate pipelines and keep up-to-datewith industry trends.
- Consistently hit personal billing targets and KPIs while contributing to wider team success.
- Keep the CRM & databases updated.
- Base salary + an industry-leading uncapped commission structure up to 60% (recent monthly paychecks have been up to £80k+ tax free!)
