Junior Research Associate (Recruitment & Executive Search)
Internship – Dubai (Office-Based)
We are looking for a highly ambitious and relationship-driven graduate to join our team as a Junior Research Associate on our Recruitment & Executive Search Internship program in our Dubai office. You will work across a range of C-Suite and other mission-critical positions across global markets.
As an intern, you will receive comprehensive training across the full executive search stack — including market mapping, talent intelligence, assessment, and global search delivery. You will also be trained on our next-generation search platform that powers our research, workflow, and operations. Throughout your internship, you will be closely coached and supported as you build a deep understanding of technical search in a fast-paced, relationship-centric environment.
Core Responsibilities:- Source and screen high-calibre candidates for C-Suite and critical roles
- Build meaningful relationships with senior professionals and rising talent
- Conduct structured assessments and competency-based interviews
- Collaborate with Managing Partners on role requirements
- Manage pipelines, records, and search processes
- Support interviews and feedback cycles
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and professional development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Natural relationship-builder with high emotional intelligence
- Close attention to detail and excellent time management
- Curiosity and genuine interest in Executive Search
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- AED 2,000/month (Months 1–4)
- AED 3,000/month (Months 5–6, if extended)
- AED 5,000/month (Month 7 onward, upon full-time offer)
