About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR & Administration Executive to independently manage recruitment, HR operations, internal structuring, and company procedures.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, working independently, and supporting company growth through strong HR organization and recruitment practices. The role will also support coordination with our overseas offices in Saudi Arabia and Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Assist in developing company policies, procedures, and workflows
  • Support departmental structuring and reporting frameworks
  • Assist in developing and tracking employee KPIs
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Support HR coordination for international offices
  • Provide general HR and administrative operational support
Requirements
  • 3–5 years HR experience in the UAE
  • Strong recruitment and HR operations experience
  • Good understanding of UAE labor law and HR compliance
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Profile
  • Dubai HR experience is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of UAE employment regulations
  • Experience working in structured or growing organizations
  • Comfortable working with multicultural teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required
  • Strong planning and coordination skills
