Position: Human Resources Assistant (Emirati)

The HR Assistant supports the HR team with administrative and coordination activities, contributing to accurate records management, organized processes, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities HR Administration & Employee Support
  • Assist employees with basic HR requests and direct queries to the appropriate HR team member when required.
  • Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and coordination activities.
HR Records & Systems
  • Maintain employee records and ensure information is accurately updated in HR systems and files.
  • Support document collection, filing, and record maintenance in line with company standards.
Attendance & Leave Support
  • Update attendance and leave records based on approved information.
  • Assist in preparing attendance and leave data for payroll processing.
Documentation & HR Operations
  • Prepare standard employment documents using approved templates, including letters and confirmations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding administration, including documentation, system access requests, and coordination with internal teams.
Coordination & Team Support
  • Liaise with internal teams such as payroll, IT, and operations to support HR processes.
  • Maintain trackers, schedules, and basic HR reports as required.
Engagement & Administrative Support
  • Provide logistical support for employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
  • Liaise with different teams regarding any queries and complaints received and ensure that prompt responses are provided to the staff.
  • Attend all bank/employment verification requests.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions
Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Attributes
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional, dependable, and organized
