We are looking for an ambitious and driven Graduate Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to build a career in recruitment while developing strong business development skills in high-growth industries. You’ll be trained to source talent, win new clients, and manage relationships while working in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Business Development & Sales

• Proactively identify and approach potential new clients across Finance, Fin Tech, and Future Technology.
• Conduct cold calls, prospecting emails, and Linked In outreach to generate leads and secure client meetings.
• Support senior consultants in pitching recruitment solutions and negotiating terms of business.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.

Recruitment Delivery

• Learn to source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, Linked In, and networking channels.
• Match candidates to client requirements and assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines in Finance, Fin Tech, and emerging tech markets.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience through clear communication and feedback.

Market Learning & Growth

• Research and track trends within Finance, Fin Tech, and Future Technology sectors.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and training sessions to grow professional knowledge.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes and business development strategies.

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, HR, or related discipline).
• Strong interest in Finance, Fin Tech, or Future Technology industries.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with professionals over phone, email, and in-person.
• Commercially minded with a willingness to learn sales and business development skills.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, resilient, and ambitious personality with a drive to succeed.
