Human Resources Intern

Job Type: Full-Time Internship (In-Office – 5 Days a Week)

Duration: 3 to 6 months

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student looking to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment within the e‑commerce sector. The primary focus will be on hiring non-technical roles across operations, marketing, customer service, supply chain, and commercial functions, while also supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Talent Acquisition

• Support end-to-end recruitment for non-technical e-commerce roles
• Source candidates through job portals, Linked In, social media, and internal databases
• Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and job postings
• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and internal events
• Assist in organizing team‑building initiatives, cultural events, and recognition programs
• Coordinate employee surveys and help compile feedback reports

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Prior internship experience in recruitment, specifically hiring for e-commerce non-technical roles
• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms (Linked In Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
