A leading financial institution in Dubai seeks an experienced HR Systems & Projects Lead to drive the strategic vision for HR technology. Responsibilities include executing the HR systems strategy, leading automation and AI initiatives, and managing HR technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of HR professional experience with significant exposure in HRIT and a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Computer Science.

Familiarity with SAP Success Factors is crucial.
