Are you passionate about connecting global talent with the right opportunities?

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and support recruitment across international markets
, with a special focus on the hospitality industry and standalone restaurants
.

What you will do:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across different countries and regions
  • Partner with international hiring managers and restaurant operators to understand talent needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality schools and universities locally and internationally
  • Organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract interns and entry-level talent
  • Source candidates globally, with a strong focus on standalone restaurants and F&B talent
  • Conduct interviews with candidates from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
  • Prepare and manage job offers, reference checks, and related documentation
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience across borders
  • Support global employer branding initiatives and international recruitment campaigns
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience for new hires
What we are looking for:
  • 2–4 years of experience in international recruitment / talent acquisition
  • Previous experience recruiting for standalone restaurants or hospitality groups is essential
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai market
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract talent across multiple geographies
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to adapt to diverse markets
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to travel for recruitment events and restaurant openings as needed.
