Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including posting job ads and coordinating interviews.
* Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Handle general HR administrative tasks, including documentation and correspondence.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing initial guidance.## Requirements
* A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
