Assistant HR Manager – Residential Real Estate
Location: The Greens, Dubai
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 AED per month

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Senior HR Manager to ensure the smooth running of HR operations across their UAE business. You’ll play a vital part in supporting day-to-day HR activity, including recruitment coordination, maintaining RERA qualifications, managing work visas, and handling key administrative processes that keep the business moving.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR experience within the residential real estate sector who is looking to step into a broader, more impactful role. You’ll be joining a friendly team, working from a convenient Dubai location, and gaining exposure to a wide range of HR functions.
What you’ll bring- Experience in HR within a residential real estate setting (developer or brokerage)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, supportive attitude and willingness to get involved in all aspects of HR administration
