This role will be a 6 month contract to work with our client to develop their recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this role, you’ll take ownership of recruitment for our client, working closely with hiring managers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer and onboarding.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and colleagues.
  • Understanding hiring needs through regular check‑ins and planning discussions.
  • Ensuring a smooth and timely process by meeting SLA targets and improving KPIs (e.g., time to screen, shortlist, and offer).
  • Driving direct sourcing strategies and minimizing agency usage through referrals and proactive talent engagement.
  • Providing regular updates to hiring managers and aligning on next steps.
  • Advising on talent market insights and adjusting sourcing strategies as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of recruitment expertise, stakeholder management, and a collaborative mindset. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Solid experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and advise.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A data‑driven approach with the ability to interpret and act on recruitment metrics.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • A collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset and a passion for great candidate experiences.
