HR Executive

Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions, supporting recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations while maintaining a positive work environment.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records
• Handle visa processing, renewals, and labor documentation
• Support payroll coordination and leave management
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies
• Address employee queries and assist in resolving workplace issues
• Maintain HR documentation and confidential employee files
• Coordinate performance appraisals and training programs
• Assist management in implementing HR strategies and initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
