Job Summary: The People & Culture Manager leads and strengthens people practices across retail stores, factory, and head office in a fast-growing, multi-site environment. This hands‑on role partners closely with department heads to support organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring brand values and operational excellence are reflected in daily behaviours.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership & Culture
  • Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business growth and retail expansion.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership capability development.
  • Embed brand values and performance standards across all locations.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Define hiring standards and lead recruitment for corporate and leadership roles.
  • Oversee high‑volume retail hiring and build sustainable talent pipelines.
Onboarding, Performance & Development
  • Design effective onboarding programs across retail, factory, and office teams.
  • Own performance management processes and coach managers on feedback and underperformance.
  • Identify capability gaps and drive training initiatives.
Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Lead engagement initiatives and internal communications to strengthen culture and retention.
  • Promote an inclusive, high‑performance work environment.
Employee Relations & Governance
  • Guide managers on ER matters, disciplinary processes, and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Oversee HR governance, policies, and people operations standards in partnership with HR Ops and Finance.
  • Use insights to improve scalability, efficiency, and employee experience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of HR/People & Culture experience, ideally in retail, FMCG or operational environments.
