This is a full-time, on-site role for a head of recruitment located in UAE. The head of recruitment will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and hiring. Will also focus on employer branding and developing strategies to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks include posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Salary Range: 25 _ 35 K.
Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Planning- Develop annual workforce plans in collaboration with senior management, ensuring alignment with business expansion.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to anticipate talent trends, salary benchmarks, and skills shortages.
- Lead initiatives by strengthening in-house recruitment capabilities.
- Create and maintain talent pools for niche roles in all departments.
- Organize and participate in industry-specific career fairs, technical conferences, and recruitment drives locally and internationally.
- Manage digital recruitment campaigns, social media presence, and branding content that highlights innovation in REITs and information technologies.
- Develop technical assessment tools in collaboration with departments managers (e.g., tests, case studies, simulations).
- Implement structured panel interviews and ensure fairness, inclusivity, and technical validity of the hiring process.
- Manage expatriate recruitment, relocation, and onboarding for international hires.
- Enhance candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Advise line managers on job descriptions, competency frameworks, and interview techniques.
- Train hiring managers on behavioral interviewing and selection best practices.
- Provide strategic input to HR leadership on talent availability, cost implications, and recruitment risks in highly technical fields.
- Coordinate with HR manager and departments team leaders to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Develop structured induction programs tailored for technical specialists and engineers.
- Monitor early performance and retention of new hires, providing feedback to HR Director and line management.
- Promote diversity in hiring across technical and leadership roles.
- Partner with universities and technical institutes to collaborate in internships, recruitment, and fairs to attract talents.
