About the Role
We’re hiring a Junior HR Assistant to help implement a highly targeted recruitment strategy for a fast‑growing European tech company. In this role, you’ll support sourcing and outreach activities across platforms like Linked In and other job boards. You’ll work closely with a manager who will provide hands‑on training and continuous guidance throughout your onboarding and beyond.
What You’ll Do- Search for qualified candidates on Linked In and other platforms
- Experiment with custom sourcing strategies (e.g. tenure, company stage, layoffs, etc.)
- Write and send personalized outreach messages
- Track and follow up with leads using spreadsheets or other tools
- Schedule intro calls and prepare short candidate summaries
- Suggest improvements and test new sourcing tactics
- Some experience or strong interest in recruiting, HR, or online research
- Excellent written English (for outreach and documentation)
- Proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Fast learner, especially with online tools (Linked In search, Google Sheets, AI tools)
