** The HR Advisor supports end-to-end HR operations with a primary focus on Recruitment and Onboarding, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, and HR Compliance. The role ensures a smooth hiring and induction process, supports learning and development coordination, manages employee relations matters, maintains accurate HR system and payroll data, and contributes to DE&I and wellbeing initiatives, while providing broader operational HR support as required

** Role-specific experience and Skills
** Minimum of 5+ years of work experience in HR. Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working.
Problem-solving, critical thinking, people-management, interpersonal, customer service, multi-tasking, prioritization, flexibility and working well under pressure skills. Previous experience using an HRMS is preferable.
