We are thrilled to share this fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre local graduate (who has graduated or will be graduating with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree between February 2025 and August 2026) to join our Compensation & Benefits team on a 12‑month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business.
Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives, and for some, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences.
Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 214 team members based in the Dubai office; we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.
The Opportunity
As an intern, you will be an integral part of the team and will play an active role in continued success. You will be assigned a mentor to offer their knowledge and experience towards their advancement, and to help bridge any skill gaps. You will carry out a range of administrative and supportive activities, as well as having ownership of your own project‑based initiatives.
You will gain hands‑on experience in one of the most diverse areas of HR – helping us reward, recognise, and support Team Members across Middle East and Africa. This is your chance to see how global HR works while developing analytical, communication, and collaborative team‑work skills. You will be involved in:
- Reward Projects:
Supporting our annual compensation review, salary surveys, and bonus programmes to ensure smooth and efficient processes. - Benefits & Wellbeing:
Assisting with the design and promotion of initiatives, working with HR partners, and contributing ideas to evolve our offer. - Data & Insights:
Researching market trends, analysing data, and creating reports to support decision‑making. - Collaboration:
Partnering with colleagues across HR and the business and preparing materials for senior leaders. - Recognition & Engagement:
Supporting engagement activities through partnerships with our Team Member Resource Groups and wider HR team. - Communication & Creativity:
Producing content to bring our benefits and wellbeing programmes to life.

Competitive
Salary & Benefits:
60,000 AED PA, housing allowance 48,000 AED PA & transport allowance 6,000 AED PA.
Location: Area Office, Dubai. Our placements are office based with flexibility offered across some teams.
