As Talent Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development strategies for MEP, Interiors & Major Building Projects. Working with department heads to ensure that their key hiring needs are mapped out and hit in time to meet business critical time frames. Can you ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains high-performing professionals and leadership talent in the Dubai & UAE employment markets.

- On boarding & employee relations
Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field desired but NOT Essential
- 5 years + of HR & Talent Management experience within construction
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law & visa processes.
- Experience in large-scale project hiring & numbers
- Handled overseas recruitment drives and have knowledge of advertising / recruitment market spends
- Proficiency in ATS / CRM & Automation advertising
- Experience working with EPC contractors / large construction firms in Dubai.
- Hired both blue-collar & white-collar
- CIPD or equivalent HR certification (DESIRED)
- Exceptional communication SKILLS
- Highly organized and understand urgency
