This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Manager will manage and oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, coordinating new employee onboarding, facilitating training programs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations. The role also involves fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and supporting organizational growth through strategic workforce planning.

• Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and labor laws
• Experience in facilitating training and development programs
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience in logistics or shipping industry HR management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or relevant certifications are advantageous
