Your mission: find, attract, and onboard Dubai’s most driven sales agents. People who live for performance, competition, and commission.
Every hire you make multiplies revenue, shapes culture, and raises the bar for what excellence means at KENSINGTON.
⚡What You’ll Actually Do
- Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract
elite real estate sales agents
. - Own the full talent acquisition funnel: sourcing → screening → interviewing → onboarding.
- Proactively hunt talent using Linked In Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, and in-market networking events.
- Identify top performers
before
they actively look for a new brokerage. - Build and manage a live candidate pipeline with clear readiness and quality grading.
- Create structured interview scorecards and performance benchmarks aligned with sales leadership.
- Partner directly with founders and the Sales Director to forecast hiring needs and growth targets.
- Build employer-brand visibility that makes top agents want to join KENSINGTON, not just apply.
- Refine your process weekly based on KPIs: time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate, and post-hire performance.
What Winning Looks Like
- High-impact sales roles consistently filled in
under 10 days
. - Your hires outperform the Dubai market average by2× or more
. - You build a
waiting list
of qualified agents who want in. - Every new hire clearly raises the performance standard of the team.
After ramp-up, you deliver3–5 high-quality agent hires per month
. If this is not happening, the role is not a fit.
Initial Qualification
- 2–4 years of hands‑on recruitment experience
in commission‑driven sales environments. - Demonstrated Dubai recruitment track record
, with named brokerages, agencies, or teams hired within the last 12–24 months. - Proven ability to source, close, and onboard top‑tier sales talent in Dubai.
- Strong command of Linked In Recruiter, ATS, and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English. Arabic, Russian, or European languages are a strong plus.
- Confident, fast, target‑driven. You hunt. You don’t wait.
