Role Overview
As an HR Support Executive, you will be central to coordinating HR consultants and providing technical and administrative HR support across various client engagements. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, ensuring the delivery of consistent, accurate, and timely HR documentation and project support aligned with UAE Labour Law standards.
Responsibilities- Act as the central coordination point for consultants across multiple client engagements.
- Support execution of HR projects such as PMS cycles, HR audits, engagement surveys, policy development, and compliance initiatives.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups for active consulting assignments.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, status updates, and internal reports.
- Draft, format, and manage HR documents including policies, SOPs, letters, contracts, scorecards, and reports.
- Support performance management documentation (objectives, appraisal forms, rating summaries).
- Maintain HR templates and standard documentation aligned with UAE Labour Law.
- Assist consultants in HR data collation, validation, and reporting.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and client sessions (virtual & onsite).
- Manage documentation control, versioning, and approvals.
- Liaise with clients for data collection, clarifications, and submissions.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all HR records.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with practical exposure in the UAE.
- UAE HR experience is mandatory.
- HR education or certification (such as HR degree, CIPD, SHRM, CHRP, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Proven experience supporting multiple HR projects or stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent documentation, formatting, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in HR consultancy or professional services environments.
- Exposure to PMS, engagement surveys, HR audits, or policy development.
- Experience working with construction, manufacturing, or diversified groups.
- Knowledge of HR systems, dashboards, or reporting tools.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
