Job Overview

Responsible for day-to-day activities in the Human Resources Department

Job Duties /Roles
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, such as personal details, employment contracts, benefits, and performance reviews. Handle confidential information with sensitivity and in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and preparing job offer letters. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including administering orientation programs and completing necessary paperwork.
  • Draft HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and disciplinary records. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, preparing salary certificates/NOC. Assist in organizing HR events and meetings.
  • Timely submission of Payroll related information to Payroll Specialist.
  • Updating leave records.
  • Coordinating with Government Relations Officers for timely issuance of new visa and existing visa renewals.

    Required (KSAR)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with local labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Minimum years of Experience

    Minimum of of 4 years of experience in a Generalist role.

    Required/Preferred Education Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
