We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in the healthcare field in GCC to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various healthcare positions, ensuring that our clients have access to the best professionals in the industry. You will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce that enhances patient care and supports our healthcare partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the healthcare sector.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and healthcare industry connections.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Facilitate the interview process, coordinating between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth selection experience.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for key healthcare roles to anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve hiring processes.
  • Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles and the specific skills required for various positions.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance related to hiring is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
