Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. This role works closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to help attract and onboard top talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
- Prepare and post job openings on various job boards and internal platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates as needed.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires (document collection, joining formalities).
- Ensure all recruitment documents and compliance requirements are completed accurately.
- Help organize career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Support other HR or talent-related projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support role.
- Good understanding of the recruitment process and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional and approachable communication style.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
