Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Human Resources Administrator specializing in real estate. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing HR operations, overseeing employee benefits administration, handling HR information systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role also involves supporting HR management, streamlining processes, and promoting a positive and collaborative workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR admin real estate is required
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management
- Experience with Benefits Administration and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Labor, Employment Law and DLD/RERA rules of UAE
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
