Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Talent Manager, Employee Relations

CDA is dedicated to delivering proactive business advice to support clients in meeting their commercial and regulatory obligations.
We are seeking a proactive and professional HR Executive who will manage end-to-end HR operations while serving as a key point of contact for client-facing HR matters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment coordination, employee lifecycle management, and maintaining strong communication with clients regarding HR processes and workforce requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned clients.
- Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and HR deliverables.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining service standards and SLAs.
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Facilitate onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (attendance, leave, performance, contracts).
- Support offboarding procedures, final settlements, and exit documentation.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Assist in administering employee benefits, insurance, and leave management.
- Coordinate with payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
- Support employee relations matters, including grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labor regulations.
Training & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops based on client or internal needs.
- Maintain training records and performance documentation.
- Administrative Support
- Handle HR documentation, reporting, and general administrative tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (client-facing confidence is essential).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with UAE government portals (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, etc.) is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Has 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably within accounting, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Is comfortable in a client-facing role and can communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrates strong coordination skills and can manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Has sound knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR operational processes.
- Is solution-driven, responsive, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with professionalism.
- Possesses strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
Location: UAE (Candidates must be currently based in the UAE)
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant UAE HR experience
