Role OverviewAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring for our real estate division. This role is heavily focused on active sourcing
, headhunting
, and building a consistent pipeline of quality agents
.
Your success here comes down to speed, sourcing strength, and your ability to attract real producers in a competitive market.
What You Will Be Doing- Own the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong agent pipeline through headhunting, networking, and job portals
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively
- Position Banke’s culture, achievements, and commission-driven structure to attract top performers
- Track KPIs and improve hiring speed and quality
- Write and optimize job ads across Linked In and other platforms
- Manage interviews and ensure seamless candidate communication
- Keep ATS and reports updated and accurate
- Identify niche talent through targeted, proactive searches
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience end-to-end
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience (real estate or sales hiring preferred)
- Strong understanding of the UAE market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to juggle multiple roles in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and resilient
- English required; extra languages are a plus
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and sourcing platforms
