THE MISSION: HUNT, POOL, DELIVER

As our Headhunter, you are the fuel for our growth engine. You will be a talent predator on Linked In, finding the best brokers in the market before anyone else does. When a Team Leader needs a specific profile, you don't start looking—you simply pull the best candidate from your pre-built, high-quality inventory.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Global Pipeline: Proactively source and build a diverse inventory of brokers speaking multiple languages (including Turkish, Arabic, Russian, French, German, and more) to match our international team’s needs.
- Pure Headhunting: Identify and engage with top-tier, passive real estate talent across the globe.
- Advanced Sourcing: Live on Linked In Recruiter. Use Boolean Search and X-Ray techniques to find the "sharks" of the industry.
- Strategic Growth: Build a high-quality candidate pipeline to support our rapid market expansion. You will be the architect of our growing team, ensuring we always have the best talent ready to join our elite ranks.
- No Paperwork: Focus 100% on finding and screening talent. Let the admin team handle the rest.
