Job Brief: A growing company in the Construction & Electromechanical industry is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage and support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process. The HR Recruiter will also support HR documentation, onboarding, and coordination activities to ensure efficient recruitment operations and a positive candidate experience.
Job Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Post job vacancies on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, networking, and direct sourcing methods.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in negotiating offers and coordinating employment offers with selected candidates.
- Manage onboarding processes, including documentation and joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and recruitment-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and employee files.
- Assist with HR reports related to recruitment and hiring activities.
- Ensure recruitment documentation is complete and properly maintained.
- Respond to basic employee HR-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating training and development programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in the UAE
. - Experience recruiting for Construction, Engineering, or Electromechanical roles is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with job portals such as Linked In, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms is required.
