Position: Manager - Talent Acquisition (Blue Collar)

Job Summary: The role will lead high-volume/blue collar recruitment for manual labor positions (security, logistics) etc, driving sourcing, screening, and hiring strategies to meet operational workforce demands. Responsibilities include managing talent pipelines, optimizing candidate experience, reducing time-to-hire, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Accountabilities:

  • High-Volume Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and execute strategies to fill urgent, large-scale blue-collar positions using job boards, social media, and community outreach.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with operational managers to forecast hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop detailed job descriptions.
  • Process Optimization: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from screening and interviewing to background checks and drug screenings.
  • Candidate Experience & Onboarding: Ensure a smooth, fast, and positive hiring experience, facilitating the transition from candidate to employee.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to improve efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure all hiring activities comply with local labor regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically targeting blue-collar or industrial talent.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office/Excel.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with workers, hiring managers, and agencies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to anticipate future staffing needs and build sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
