Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing payroll, maintaining and tracking employee data, monitoring clock-in/clock-out records, and working with HR systems like Vyomly, ZenHR, or Zoho HR to ensure accurate and timely compensation.

• Process end-to-end payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Maintain and track payroll data, attendance records, and HR information.
• Monitor and reconcile employee clock-in/clock-out data for payroll accuracy.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Generate payroll reports for management, audits, and internal tracking.
• Support HR system updates and data management in Vyomly, ZenHR, or Zoho HR.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, benefits, and deductions.

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with HR/Payroll systems:
  Vyomly, ZenHR, Zoho HR, or equivalent.
• Experience in maintaining and tracking employee data, attendance, and time records.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
