- Exercises sound judgment and maintains strict confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate and organizational information.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting ERP platforms (Success Factors preferred).

Education and Experience /
Minimum Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition, with proven expertise in recruitment within the UAE market (Retail recruitment an advantage)
