- Manage employee visa processes (mainly JAFZA), renewals, transfers, cancellations and labour matters
- Coordinate renewals of company licenses and regulatory documents
- Act as primary contact for all government-related communications and offical portals
- Support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and full employee lifecycle
- Maintain HR systems, accurate personnel records and compliance documentation
- Handle administrative processes for tenancy, utilities and vehicles
- Liase with management on reporting and ad-hoc assignements
- Degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in HR and PRO roles in the UAE, ideally across multiple entities
- Deep understanding of UAE Labour Law, visa systems and documentation procedures
- Details-oriented with strong documentation and compliance skills
- High level of discretion and ability to work independently
- Organised, proactive and effective at managing parallel tasks
- English written/ spoken fluently, German would be a plus
- European Passport holder

This specifically includes mobile and crawler cranes, concrete equipment, duty cycle crawler cranes, material handling equipment in the maritime field, landing gear, flight controls and air management systems as well as components for the aviation industry.
