We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Accountant /
HR-Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in senior-level accounting and finance, combined with hands‑on HR and administrative responsibilities, and excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage financial operations, HR processes, and office administration while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Finance
  • Handle full-cycle accounting, including bookkeeping, GL entries, reconciliations, and monthly closings
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
HR & Administration
  • Manage payroll processing
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, leave balances, and HR documentation
  • Address employee queries related to HR, payroll, and labour regulations
  • Manage office administration and document control
  • Handle employee on-boarding, off-boarding, and all permit and visa renewals
  • Handle insurance policies, trade license renewals, and government portals
  • Support management with reports, schedules, and compliance requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or Business Administration
  • Senior-level experience in accounting and finance (preferred)
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance
  • Experience handling payroll, WPS, VAT, and audits
  • Proficiency in Quick Books accounting software
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Self-motivated and ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
