• Assist in the recruitment process by effectively sourcing and engaging Dutch-speaking candidates across various sectors.
• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate qualifications and determine the fit of candidates for specific roles.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain insights into job requirements and team cultures.
• Ensure clear and ongoing communication with candidates throughout their journey, providing a positive recruitment experience.
• Utilize various recruitment platforms and strategies to attract and maintain a pipeline of high-quality talent.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to improve recruitment processes.
• Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills in talent acquisition.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• A positive, proactive attitude towards assisting candidates and supporting the recruitment process.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and team members.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks efficiently.
