- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
- Understand hiring requirements and create sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect structured feedback.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding follow-ups.
- Proactively source candidates through job portals, Linked In, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Use Boolean search techniques to identify quality profiles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs.
- Provide market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Ensure clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.
- Track KPIs such as TAT, quality of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of recruitment experience (agency/RPO/corporate).
- Strong sourcing and screening capabilities.
- Good understanding of UAE labor market (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
