Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Dubai.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong experience managing both Mainland and Free Zone employment processes.
- Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and visa regulations.
- Experience with payroll processing and WPS.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Fluency in English
