As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be an integral part of a dynamic HR team, playing a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top‑tier talent for our organization. You will collaborate with various departments, understanding their staffing needs, and executing strategies to fill positions with highly qualified professionals. • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs effectively.
• Screening resumes, performing in‑person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and providing timely feedback to candidates.
• Managing the candidate pipeline to ensure a diverse and robust pool of applicants.
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance.
• Performing recruitment marketing initiatives through job postings, networking, and industry events.
• Maintaining detailed records of candidate interactions and processes within the applicant tracking system.
• Analyzing recruitment metrics and data to develop insights and improve recruitment efficacy.
• Collaborating with HR team members on candidate onboarding and integration processes.
• Staying updated with employment trends to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experiences.
• Participating in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities to attract talent.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and organizational requirements during the recruitment process.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or in a similar role for a minimum of two years.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects.
