As a People Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing key employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and visa administration. You will ensure a seamless experience for employees by coordinating documentation, compliance requirements, system updates, and stakeholder communication.
- Support in the end‑to‑end management of the pre‑boarding and onboarding process for all new joiners.
- Communicate and build a strong rapport with all new hires sharing details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes for their first day at noon.
- Follow up on any documentation required for the new joiner.
- File and manage new joiner folders for audit purposes.
- Welcome new employees and prepare the onboarding kit.
- Facilitate the ONB welcome day presentation on the day of joining.
- Prepare and share new joiners’ details communicating effectively with the appropriate line Manager.
- Collect paperwork and other related documents from the new hire.
- Prepare onboarding documents and kits as and when required.
- Prepare onboarding email templates for the employees.
- Stay up to date with innovative and creative ways of onboarding new employees.
- Work closely with the Talent Partners to support the pre‑boarding cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Experience working as an Onboarding Specialist or a similar role in HR.
- Proven experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Great time management skills and has the ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong team player with a can‑do attitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience using an HRIS.
