Recruitment Specialist – As a recruitment specialist you will be an integral part of a dynamic HR team, playing a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top‑tier talent for our organization. You will collaborate with various departments, understanding their staffing needs, and executing strategies to fill positions with highly qualified professionals. Your goal is to ensure that our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a robust talent pipeline.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs effectively.
- Screen resumes, perform in‑person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Manage the candidate pipeline to ensure a diverse and robust pool of applicants.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance.
- Perform recruitment marketing initiatives through job postings, networking and industry events.
- Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and processes within the applicant tracking system.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to develop insights and improve recruitment efficacy.
- Collaborate with HR team members on candidate onboarding and integration processes.
- Stay updated with employment trends to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate experiences.
- Participate in job fairs, career events and other networking opportunities to attract talent.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational requirements during the recruitment process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two years of proven experience as a recruitment specialist or in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes including sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects.
