Job Summary

Reporting to the Director Business Applications, the Manager HR system will oversee the design, configuration, and adoption of SAP Success Factors across our brands and our workforce. This role ensures the system enables efficient HR process and operations, accurate payroll processing, and an exceptional employee experience.

The role requires hands‑on expertise across all Success Factors modules, with emphasis on Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Workforce Management (WFS). The holder of the role will configure system changes, deploy new functionality and/or modules, and manage integrations with third‑party payroll platforms. Strong communication skills, collaborative working style, and the ability to partner with HR, IT, and resort HR teams are essential.

The Manager HR System champions and drives HR process optimisation and automation, HR data governance, and continuous system improvement initiatives, while at the same time closing tickets and analysing system- and user support related data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of all SAP Success Factors modules.
  • Manage and support Work Force Software (WFS) Employee Central Payroll (ECP) across the resorts that are using these extensions and oversee integrations with third‑party payroll systems for other resorts.
  • Implement new Success Factors modules, enhancements, and workflows to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
  • Coordinate system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles.
  • Close support issues, manage and optimise the support processes and provide advanced technical support to HR teams.
  • Ensure data integrity and retention, security and compliance across all HR- , Payroll- and Time & Attendance systems
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and resort teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and external implementation partners.
  • Assist HR in training delivery, developing local champions and documentation
  • Manage requested changes and communicate effectively across all key stakeholders. Lead HR system–related projects, timelines, and cross‑functional resources.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience managing or supporting SAP Success Factors in a global or multi‑site environment.
  • Hands‑on experience configuring Success Factors, including payroll/ECP.
  • Demonstrated success leading HR system projects or module deployments.
  • Deep technical knowledge of SAP Success Factors (Employee Central, Recruiting, , Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent Management, Succession, ECP).
  • Exposure to SAP CPI and Work Force Software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with People Analytics and Story reporting in Success Factors is required,
  • Hands‑on configuration and solution design skills across all modules.
  • Strong understanding of global payroll processes and integrations with third‑party providers.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
