Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F)

Now, we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Dubai.

On a typical day you will:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Schedule interview and selection process, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews (assess applicants, relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes).
  • Assess candidate using our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Provide analytical and recruiting reports (dashboard etc).
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Complete offer initiation for new hires.
  • Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards such as Linked In, Workday, universities etc.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Minimum Qualification
  • 8-10 years of experience.
  • At least 2 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic is essential.
