Job Responsibilities- Maintain a pulse of the business unit and constantly think about how to improve its effectiveness by evaluating teams, structure and processes.
- Work closely with leadership and teams to improve work relationships, build morale/culture, and increase productivity and retention.
- Review and analyze people‑related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and employee experience.
- Interpret and present data & analytics in a way that provides meaningful insight to the business.
- Offer HR policy guidance and advise; ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the BU.
- Administer org‑wide programs such as performance reviews, rewards and recognition.
- Participate actively in the design and execution of the HR Strategic Business Plan.
- Create an annual engagement program with extended reach to members, families, alumni, etc.
- Effectively manage HR Operations activities including MIS, reports, payroll inputs, etc.
- Stay updated with best HR practices across the industry and create thought leadership through innovative programs.
