Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Radiant Biz, you will play a key role in building high-performing teams across our business units, including Business Setup, Corporate Services, Banking Support, Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will partner closely with department heads to understand manpower needs, create effective hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

Requirements
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent across corporate, sales, and specialist roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners, job boards, universities, and professional networks.
  • Leverage social media platforms, talent communities, and modern sourcing tools to find high-quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and evaluate candidate competencies aligned with Radiant Biz standards.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers in assessing cultural and functional fit.
  • Draft and manage job postings, ensuring brand consistency across all recruitment touchpoints.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal hiring policies.
  • Maintain an organized talent database and provide weekly hiring updates and reports.
  • Represent Radiant Biz at job fairs, industry events, and networking forums to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
    • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within consulting, corporate services, or a fast-paced business environment.
    • Proven experience sourcing and hiring across multiple functions.
    • Strong understanding of UAE job market dynamics and recruitment best practices.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
    • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work within tight deadlines.
    • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
