Responsibilities
- Source high-quality candidates using tools such as Linked In, Apollo, and Contact Out
- Conduct 10–15 phone or Zoom interviews daily to qualify interest
- Perform cold calling to introduce job opportunities to potential candidates
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with talent pipelines
- Manage candidate scheduling, follow-ups, and pipeline movement
- Maintain accurate and detailed records within the CRM/ATS
- Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or administrative support
- Fluent English proficiency (both spoken and written) for US-based communication
- Demonstrated confidence in cold calling and proactive candidate outreach
- An active and professional Linked In profile
- Ability to work full-time during US business hours, including occasional weekends
- Strong organizational skills and comfort conducting video interviews
