Responsibilities and Qualifications
Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues including disciplinary actions, performance concerns, and workplace conflicts to ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. Advise managers and supervisors on employee relations matters, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and legal compliance to foster a positive work environment. Manage and resolve employee grievances and complaints, mediating disputes and facilitating resolutions to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as harassment prevention, diversity and inclusion, and respectful workplace conduct to educate employees and promote a positive culture. Specialist DHA License is required (Emergency Medicine). ER experience in a tertiary level hospital.
